Step 1: If you would like to make an e-visa to Vietnam by yourself, please visit the following link: https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn › trang-chu-ttdt and follows the instruction by the The Vietnamese Immigration Department. If you don't want to make the step 1, please go straight to step 2

Step 2: We can help you with the Vietnam visa application process. 

- E-visa (1-month visa, including stamping fee): normally takes 4-6 working days, your personal information needed:

*Portrait photo (make sure the photo is clear and easy to recoginze)

*passport photo

*Date of entry

* Your religion

*port of entry (what airport or border gate you enter ?

*Temporary residence address (hotel address in Vietnam)

- Urgent 2-day invitation letter (1-month visa, not including stamping fee, only needs passport information and entry date )

Exceptionally, we also make urgent visas that only take 4 hours or 1 hour before you entering any entires in Vietnam.

Step 3: Once we have done your e-visa, we will send the visa letter to your email address and inform that we have done the visa application.

Step 4: You should download or take a snapshot of the visa letter and print out a copy of visa letter

Step 5: Take your visa letter and your passport to the airport (recommend put them in a small bag or a file) and prepare some cash if you don't pay for the stamp fee in advance (for urgent visa on arrival)

Step 6: After passing through the immigration counter, we can arrange a driver with private car to pick up up (send us your flight number and arrival time)
