1. Booking Process
To make a reservation on our official website www.bookorchidroom.vn and www.hoianorchidgarden.com, you must be at least 15 years old and provide accurate information, including your name, contact details, and a valid payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details upon successful booking. Please review it carefully and contact the hotel immediately if you notice any discrepancies.
2. Rates and Payment
All rates displayed on our official website www.bookorchidgarden.com or quoted by authorized channels are in a local currency Vietnam Dong (VND). On our online booking engine, you can find the converted currency box. On the right-hand side and below the search booking date, and you can choose the currency and the language you desire to use as well. We offer various rates with different cancellation and payment policies. These will be clearly explained during the booking process. Some rates may require full prepayment at booking, while others might allow payment upon check-in or offer flexible cancellation options.

3. Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy: Allows free cancellation up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a cancellation fee for one night's stay.
Non-refundable Rate: Offers a lower rate but may be completely non-refundable and Fee for cancellations made anytime after booking).
Advance Purchase Rate: Provides a discounted rate but requires full prepayment at the time of booking and is typically non-refundable.
In case of a no-show (failing to arrive without cancellation), the entire stay or a designated fee (as outlined in the chosen rate's policy) will be charged.
4. Modification Policy
Changes to your reservation dates (arrival/departure) or room type may be possible subject to availability and hotel approval. A fee might apply depending on the new rate for your desired dates.

5. Guest Conduct
We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, however, you are allowed to smoke outdoors and in public areas free of charge. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violation.
Noise: Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable noise level to ensure the comfort of other guests. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in eviction from the hotel.
Pets: We love animals, so we would love to welcome your pet to Villa Orchid Garden Riverside.
We don't charge an extra for your pet. Please make sure you have well-trained dogs and cats and keep them clean while staying at our hotel.
6. Hotel Liability
The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to guest personal belongings during their stay. It is recommended to utilize the hotel safe for valuables.
7. Additional Information
Force Majeure: The hotel shall not be liable for any delay or cancellation due to causes of force majeure, such as acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or civil unrest.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Hotel with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
Privacy Policy: We never use your information and provide or sell it to a third party and we never monitor your action while you browse on our website. We keep all your personal information safety and private for each individual reservations and visitors.
